Terms and Conditions for Wellsport Bodyworks

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website (the “Site”), booking app (“Clinic Sense”), and services (the “Services”) offered by [Your Massage Business Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
- Booking: Appointments can be booked through Clinic Sense, by phone, or in person.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Individual therapists may prefer different means of payment, but generally we accept Venmo, Cash, Check and PayPal.
- Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours (barring Medical Emergencies)] notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session.
- No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notification, you will be charged the full price of the service.
2. Client Conduct
- You agree to arrive for your appointment on time and to disclose any relevant medical conditions or concerns to your therapist before the massage begins.
- We maintain a professional and therapeutic environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances, harassment, or drug/alcohol use, will result in the termination of the massage and you will be responsible for the full-service fee.
3. Disclaimer
Massage therapy is intended for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. We cannot diagnose medical conditions or provide medical advice. You acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. You are responsible for your healthcare decisions and actions including contacting and consulting a physician for any medical concerns.
4. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Gift certificates are expected to be used within 6 months after the date of purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from your use of the Services or from any pre-existing medical conditions you may have.
6. Intellectual Property
The content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, and copyrights, is the property of [Your Massage Business Name] or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without our express written permission.

- Termination of Services: Inappropriate or offensive conduct in the clinic, including but not limited to: sexual harassment, suggestive comments, or unwanted touching, will not be tolerated. Practitioners have the right to refuse or terminate services immediately at their own discretion for any reason that compromises their safety or professionalism.
- Client Concerns: We take all client concerns seriously. If you ever feel uncomfortable with the behavior of a practitioner, please report your concerns using the contact information below.
